Since Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, Article 4 requires providers and deployers to take measures supporting AI literacy among the people who operate and use those systems. No generic course, this one included, makes an organisation compliant by itself. EU AI Act Article 4, explained.

Does completing this course make us compliant with Article 4?+
No. Article 4 requires providers and deployers to take measures supporting AI literacy, appropriate to role and context. No generic course, this one included, establishes compliance by itself. The European Commission's Q&A states that no certificate is required and that even reproducing published practices does not confer a presumption of compliance. Treat this as a documented baseline, then add tool-specific and role-specific measures.
