What Article 4 actually asks of you
Since Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures supporting the development of AI literacy among the people who operate and use those systems. It applies to organisations of every size and falls under national supervision from August 2026.
Article 4 requires no certificate, and no generic course, this one included, makes an organisation compliant by itself. Your organisation stays responsible for measures that fit its own staff, systems, and context. What this course gives you is a solid, documented building block: a common baseline of AI literacy for everyone, with a record you can keep.
